Bred by Silverhorne to ensure that the Servus/Prinz Gaylord blood would extend well into the future, allowing us to continue to access exclusive jumping bloodlines, she is yet another significant addition to the breeding program.

The Servus blood is very desireable for any well rounded jumper breeding program and Palestrina is no exception.

Full brothers Puccini and Paganini have both achieved high level jumping status and this mare certainly lends her sire’s jump to the offspring crossed with Sir Caletto.

Palestrina remains a key mare in the Silverhorne breeding program. She is light bay with a beautiful white heart on her forehead. At her AHS Inspection 2002, the inspection team made certain that “breeders take note as this is exactly the type of sporthorse/jumper breeding that is most desirable internationally.” Her 2003 daughter with Sir Caletto, Sylvia, achieved 9’s on her freejump at her mare performance test.
